Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Refera Africa ("we", "us", the "Platform") you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, resident in a country we serve, and legally able to enter contracts. You may operate only one account unless we grant written permission.

3. The Affiliate Program

Refera Africa lets you promote digital products in exchange for a commission. Commission percentages, cookie windows, and hold periods are shown on each product page and may change with notice for future conversions.

4. Prohibited conduct

  • Self-referrals or buying through your own link.
  • Paid search bidding on our or product owners' brand terms.
  • Spam, deceptive advertising, or misrepresenting the product.
  • Cookie stuffing, iframe injection, malware, or bot-generated clicks.
  • Adult, illegal, or hateful content of any kind.

Violations may lead to commission forfeiture and permanent account termination.

5. Payouts

Commissions move from Pending to Approved 24 hours after the sale settles with Paystack, provided the sale is not refunded or disputed. Minimum payout is GH₵200 (or local equivalent). Payouts are made to the mobile money or bank details you provide. You are responsible for taxes owed in your jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual property

Marketing materials in the Marketing Kit are licensed to you for the sole purpose of promoting the associated product. You may not modify, resell, or rebrand them.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, breach of these terms, or extended inactivity. Approved balances that meet the minimum will be paid within 30 days of termination.

8. Disclaimers

Refera Africa is provided "as is". We do not guarantee earnings, uptime, or that any specific link will convert. Any earnings shown in dashboards or testimonials are historical and not a projection.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the commissions you earned in the 6 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.
